Lathe Machines

Pumping units are one of the most widely used mechanized production equipment in the oil industry. The units convert rotational motion from the electric motor into reciprocating motion through a balanced mechanism, enabling operation of rod pumps.

The pumping unit system is a complex mechanical unit consisting of a gearbox, balanced mechanism, crank block, rod hanger, electric motor and control systems. Its main function is to lift formation fluid to the surface by providing plunger movement of the downhole pump.

Modern pumping units are equipped with high energy efficiency, optimized balancing systems and automatic control capabilities. Production can be monitored in real time through dynamometer monitoring systems, remote monitoring and SCADA integration.

Pumping units manufactured in compliance with API 11E standards can be selected for various load classes and well parameters. Special structural solutions are applied for operation in harsh climates and continuous service modes.
