Slurry Pumps

Slurry Pumps

Slurry pumps are heavy industrial equipment specially designed for transferring highly concentrated solids, abrasive materials, ore tailings, sand, clay, silt and other difficult-to-handle media. These pumps are widely used in the mining industry, ore enrichment plants, metallurgical facilities, thermal power plants, oil and gas facilities and waste treatment systems.

Unlike standard pumps, all hydraulic parts of slurry pumps are made from materials with high wear resistance. Impellers, liners and casing elements are manufactured from high-chromium alloys, wear-resistant special steels or rubber materials. This design ensures long-term operation in highly abrasive environments.

Slurry pumps are designed for continuous operation under heavy industrial conditions and are distinguished by high productivity, transfer of large particle sizes, low vibration and reliable performance indicators. They can be offered in various structural designs — horizontal, vertical, submersible and models intended for special technological processes.
